What hotel operators actually want from AI
We've spoken to hundreds of GMs. The answer is never "more dashboards."

They want fewer tabs, not more data
We've spoken to hundreds of hotel GMs over the past two years. We asked them what they wanted from AI. The same answer kept coming back, phrased in different ways: less time managing systems, more time managing the hotel.
I don't need another dashboard. I need the decisions to be easier to make. Right now they're hard because I can't get to the information fast enough.
What operators actually asked for
Three things came up consistently. First: a single view of the morning — not eleven tabs, not a BI report, just the specific things that need attention today. Second: the ability to ask questions in plain language and get traceable answers, not just numbers. Third: confidence that the system would flag exceptions automatically, not require them to go looking.
That's what we built. Not an RMS replacement, not a BI layer, not a reporting tool. A system that reads your operations, surfaces what needs attention, and gives you the context to act on it — without adding another morning tab to your routine.
